Plans4Less, the industry-leading construction software platform for seamlessly ordering and shipping large format hard copy plans nationwide, announced the results of its inaugural customer survey. Plans4Less recently celebrated it’s 5th-year anniversary.
Surprisingly, the majority of their customers said the main driver for using Plans4Less was not the $1/page fixed-rate pricing but rather the Speed of our service. This was followed by our Ease of Use, our Accuracy/Reliability, and then fixed-rate pricing.
It was also not surprising that the vast majority of their users were either Owners, Project Managers, Estimators, Engineers, or Superintendents.
A final surprise was the customers’ use of big box stores like Staples or Fedex Kinkos to print these critical plan documents. Surprising because the cost is 4X that of Plans4Less and Plans4Less is operated by professionals with a quarter century of reprographic experience. At Staples…not so much!!
