Brian was an early architect of the print and ship blueprint model and one of the pioneers of fixed rate blueprint pricing. He founded two cutting edge reprographic firms (one in CT is still going today) prior to launching Plans4Less nearly 10 years ago. Brian secured Plans4Less as the default printer within the Smartbid construction software platform. Recently Brian and his development team launched an API making Plans4Less the exclusive hard copy blueprint service in the Procore software dashboard. He is a frequent guest on the ConTech Crew Podcast as well as other industry media outlets. Brian has guided Plan4Less to work with GC’s on such high profile projects as SoFi Stadium, home of Super Bowl LVI in 2022. Brian is heavily involved in both the CT and NY SMPS Chapters. Brian is a frequent attendee/host of Procore’s Groundbreak events. He remains an active Owner/Operator.

John has over 40 years of deep knowledge and experience in manufacturing, production & sales. He Co-founded and operated a bespoke clothing manufacturer that is still in operation today. Eventually selling out to his partner. John started his corporate sales career at AT&T. He also spent 4 years managing the New England Sales Division for Sanmina which was the second largest circuit board manufacturer in the U.S. at the time. John has been Manager of Production at Plans4Less for nearly 10 years. In that position John has been responsible for material procurement, processing, assembly, quality control, and packaging/shipping. John has a strong background in client relations, direct sales and touchpoint support. John is the lead advocate for Plans4Less customers making sure that plans are delivered on time and on budget. John also is a frequent attendee/host of Procore’s Groundbreak events.

John began his career on Wall Street then left after 4 years to start the first Brewing Company in CT since the early 70’s. The first Microbrewery revolution of the late 1980’s was an incredible journey. John then migrated back to finance and institutional sales where he worked for two of the premier securities plaintiff law firms in the country selling their services to the buyside trading community. He also served in C-Level leadership positions at a 5 year old growth stage energy drink company. John’s skills are Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, strategic planning, negotiation, mentoring, leadership and team management, data-driven decision making and technology adoption. John has been director of business development at Plans4less for 5 years looking to expand the seamless blueprint ordering/ship platform.
